Merlin
Full of joy and fun, Merlin is a champion cuddler. This handsome boy
is thirty pounds of love! He’s approximately 1-2 years old, neutered,
house trained, and adores playing with toys and people.
He’s the King of Fetch! Merlin is athletic and needs a yard (or
someone who runs five miles a day LOL). He is a true rescue,
pulled from a crowded California kill shelter in the nick of time.
He’s a sensitive, affectionate, playful, and gorgeous fellow who will blossom in the right home. Meanwhile, he is adored here at Sheltie Rescue Alternative.
However, he did have a fight with his Sheltie sister in a prior foster home, so we think he would do best as an only dog OR perhaps with a friendly and non-macho male dog. Merlin will need wise supervision.
In any case, he is young, smart, and eager to please. Best for a dog-savvy owner who appreciates Merlin's potential, not to mention his loving kisses and enthusiastic tail wags! He would probably benefit from an obedience class.
